At Pixel Bound, we believe in lasting relationships. Once your new site is up and running, we’ll stick around to provide any support you need. That could be in-person or video tutorials, training you to use your site to its full potential. It could be about monitoring your site, analysing its performance and proactively finding ways to improve. We could be adding new content, or refreshing your design to keep up with the pace of your growing business. Our maintenance and support services include all this and more. And if you want steady, responsive long-term support, we’re happy to work out an affordable monthly retainer.
You don’t have to be a Pixel Bound customer to benefit from our services. We’re happy to assist anyone looking for help with upgrading, redesigning or running their website. We can work with you to add functionality, carry out maintenance, streamline and optimise, debug and update…whatever your website needs, we’re here to provide it. Our maintenance and support service is different to our hosting and security plans. Maintenance and support covers anything from regularly updating content on your site, making any functionality changes, installing and testing new plugins and improving optimisation.
This will depend on what you require to be carried out on a monthly basis. You tell us what you want us to do and we can work out a monthly maintenance and support plan. If you are looking for some one-off work, for example some additional functionality that would take longer than the allocated hours for the month, we will quote for this as a new project.
Our maintenance and support plans do not roll over. Each month you get the hours that you have requested and you get to use these hours however you choose. If you need something done to your site quickly that will go over the allocated time you have for the month, we can charge separately for the additional hours. We will let you know before any work commences the additional cost.
No, you can cancel your maintenance and support plan with us at any time, we just need one month in advance notice.
