Priory Polishes

Modern e-commerce for a classic business.

Priory Polishes1

The Project

Priory Polishes are an established retailer selling antique restoration materials, jewellery care and horological supplies. The business had recently been taken over by new owners, who contacted us looking for an up-to-date, responsive website for taking orders.

The existing website was around 12 years old. It had no real structure, and was confusing and difficult to use. The majority of sales were coming via the business’s eBay shop. The new owners wanted to make sure that their customers had access to an intuitive, secure e-commerce store.

We used Figma to create a sitemap, followed by wireframes and then mockups. Priory Polishes supplied high-quality images, which added a wonderful touch of authenticity. Once they were happy with our design, we built the website and e-commerce store in WordPress, using the Gutenberg editor and WooCommerce.

What our client said

"I had a really old out dated website so I asked Ben and Faye to have a look and see what they could do to help. They created me a sleek looking site, very fast and user friendly and we are extremely pleased with the results. It clearly displays my products for sale and I think non of our competitors have anything that compares. I can not be more happy with the design and build and will definitely be using pixel bound in the future when we have other projects."
